Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Social Studies from Northwest University in 2003. Prior to that, he served four years in the United States Navy and has more than 21 years of experience in education. He is married to his wife, Kali, and they have two children with a third on the way. He and his family live in Vancouver and he enjoys family road trips, golf, barbecuing and teaching the Bible and Christian walk to his middle school students.
